Precision Machining
CNC Turning and Milling for Engineered Components
Mehtech provides CNC turning, conventional turning, and CNC/VMC milling for industrial components and engineered parts.Turning supports the manufacture of shafts, cylindrical components, and multi-feature turned parts. CNC/VMC milling supports components requiring machined faces, multiple features, and geometries that cannot be produced through turning alone.Manufacturing requirements can be reviewed against the component drawing, material, dimensions, tolerances, and production requirements.

Component Assembly and Finishing
Assembly and Surface Finishing Support
Mehtech provides component assembly and finishing support for industrial products and fabricated components.Assembly requirements can be reviewed based on the product design and application. Surface finishing for fabricated items can be coordinated to specified requirements, including SF1 or SF4 where applicable.

Fabrication & Welding
Fabricated Components and Assemblies
Mehtech supports fabrication, welding, and assembly requirements for industrial components and products. Fabrication work can be reviewed against customer drawings and specifications, with assembly requirements considered as part of the finished component or product.

Secondary Processing
We coordinate selected secondary processing requirements to support the completion of industrial components and products. Available processes include:
- Heat Treatment: Heat treatment coordination for hardness and durability requirements
- Surface Finishing: Surface finishing to improve wear resistance, corrosion resistance or appearance
- Gear Shaping & Hobbing: Support for gear manufacturing requirements.
- Broaching: Support for broaching requirements.

Product Support and Aftermarket Services
Mehtech provides product support for applicable industrial valve requirements, including enquiries related to replacement components, repairs, and retrofitting. Retrofitting feasibility depends on the existing product, design, and application requirements.
